From the time she took office until March 22, Dr. Garcia had Dallas County Commissioners Court meetings videotaped and posted here on her personal website and on the County's website ... at Dr. Garcia's expense.

Beginning March 22, Dallas County began to follow Dr. Garcia's call for transparency and began videotaping Commissioners Court proceedings. These will all now be posted on the County website and can be viewed here.
